** Samples availability & policy
As usual, a fresh customer is requested to pay the express courier freight & sample fee or a freight-collect express courier A/C is provided, the samples will be sent out in a short time.
The sample fee will be refunded to customer after the customer places a firm order with us.
** Payment terms & policy
The general terms of payment is L/C at sight or 30% down payment T/T before production, the balance to be paid against the fax copy of shipping documents.
Also this term is flexible according to business cooperation relations and both parties benefit.
** Quality assurance
We will send you our company's inspection report before each shipment.
If you require, quality assurance will be executed with yourselves or regular investigations by third party inspectors, but the charges are for your account.
